Fulgencio Batista(1940-1944)

On november, 1940, the Cuban Constitution was proclaimed, it opened new way to the legality and Fulgencio Batista was the first taking the power in the new  period.
During his government, the Cuban economy grew up, thanks to the Second World War, but it gave more benefits to his successor Ramon Grau (1944-1948)
